They key issue in this cartoon is about the struggle with the economy. It's say in the picture that we should just hang in there until this becomes fixed. This interested me because it was funny that it twisted it into a joke with the polititons. Also, it's clever. This impacts me because when I get a job there's no telling if the economy will be any better in the future.

The key issue in this cartoon is that Obama is showing more leadership than our Canadian leaders. This picture is saying they should show more of a leadership role. This interested me because as soon as I saw the pictured I bursted out laughing because I thought it was funny how it's dissing our leaders. Also, I like it because it's true. This impacts me because as a Canadian citizen I have to live by the rules of our leaders and what not. Something's they do aren't very relivant and they need to take more of a leadership role like, Obama.

The key issue in this cartoon is how people are killing more and more animals. We just keep building new things and wrecking more water, but were only thinking of what beniefits us, the people instead of what benefits the environment too. This interested me because I love animals and I truly don't think we spend enough time or money helping them the way they need it. If we don't start soon we'll lose all species and everything will go down hill from there. Too many people don't realize this.  This impacts me because if we don't do anything now, the future generation will perish.

The key issue in this cartoon is that the taxes on fast food are too high. This is an issue because there are many fast food buyers and if you have a large family the prices are too hard to pay for.  This cartoon interested me because I love Mcdonalds. Also, it was funny how they kept the same sign, but changed the words to work with politics. This has an impact on me because I'm a person who buys fast food time to time and the prices are high. They shouldn't be because it's not like your buying healthy food, so it's not worth it; therefore the prices should be lower.

The key issue in this cartoon is prostitution in Canada. This cartoon represents the arguement of sex-for-money. This cartoon interested me because I think it's a very important issue and it should be handled better. Another reason I chose this is because it's so hilarious, I know I shouldn't think it's funny, but it is. This impacts me because now a days all people, mainly teenagers, care about is being sexy to impress boys, But, I really don't think it has to be like that, you should never have to sell your body to someone else. The people who take advantage of prostitues are just sick, in my opinion.

The key issue of this cartoon is that the price for gas is too high. This is causing a lot of problems because it's too hard for vehicle owners to pay for it.  This cartoon interested me because of the way it was presented. It shows how we consume gas and the Earth pays the price for it and it shows we use it too much. This has an impact on me because pretty soon I'll have a car and the price won't be any easier to pay for then and it'll be very difficult to keep refilling. Also, my mom has to drive quite far for my soccer games now so were consuming a lot of gas, which is hard for her to pay for, then still have a bit of pocket money for herself.

The key issue of this cartoon is how athletes are paied too much for what they do. It's saying how unfair it is for the amount of money they make when there are more jobs deserving of it. I love soccer and all sports, but in my opinion it is quite rediculous how much they make. This cartoon interested me because like I stated earlier, I'm a fan of soccer. Another reason I chose this is because Beckham has always been one of my favourite players and if you get the joke it's very funny.  This has an impact on me because I'm a athlete myself and I know I'm no where near as good as pros, but it's not fair, I should get paid too, lol. Another reason this impacts me is because they get paid millions of dollars for playing a sport which isn't saving people or doing anything to help the world, so why do they get paid more than police officers, firemen, paramedics or doctors?
